What is the status of my order?

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email with your order number. Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm you the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order. Our delivery partners are DPD and GLS.

In which countries do you ship?

We currently ship in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. Our delivery partners are DPD and GLS.

Standard shipping time for the countries covered by our delivery partners are:

– Netherlands
– Belgium
– Germany

How long does it take to ship my order?

The estimated delivery time will be shown on the checkout page. The center is closed. The pickup is weekly on Monday! As soon as we have shipped your order, you can see the expected delivery date in the email with the link to track your order.

Do you offer faster shipping?

We do not have the possibility for fast shipping.

How can I track my package?

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.

What if I'm not home?

Our delivery partners offer the option to choose another delivery time or to have it delivered at a pick up point. Click on the tracking link in the email to change this.

If you’re not home and have missed the delivery, a new delivery will be performed the next day or the delivery partner will reach out to schedule a new delivery date depending on the delivery partner.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can purchase on our website using iDeal, Bancontact, credit card (VISA, American Express and Mastercard) and PayPal. You can choose these payment methods at checkout.

What currency will I be charged in?

All transactions will be charged in EUR. If your credit or debit card uses another currency, your bank will apply the corresponding conversation rate.

Do you accept returns?

We do accept returns in respect to the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 14 days of delivery
  • The item shouldn’t have been used in any way and should have the original labels attached.
  • Pre-notify your returns in our return portal and add a return form to your shipment, so we can process your return in the right way.
  • Unfortunately you can not return your online purchases in the stores.

Can I exchange an item?

Due to the special sale conditions of a livestream event it is not possible to exchange an item. You can return an item and you will receive a refund.

What are the costs for returning a product?

For returning one or more products, €9.95 return costs will be charged. This amount will be deducted from the amount we will refund to you.

How long does it take to process a return?

Returns are confirmed within 14 days of receiving the package at our warehouse.

Once your return is accepted, the reimbursement will be issued within 14 days of our services accepting your return.
